This year, the demand for housing provident fund loans is very strong in Changzhou. The funds utilization of urban housing provident fund reached 98.5% as of the end of the first quarter, a 4-year high.

    It is learned that last year 15,000 households in Changzhou applied for housing provident fund loans, and total amount of loans made 4.1 billion yuan, hitting new high over the past 20 years. This year, the housing provident fund loan demand continues growing. In the first quarter, the application amount of housing fund loans reached 1.465 billion yuan, doubled that in the same period of last year.
