Changzhou-Liyang Expressway, connecting Changzhou, Jintan and Liyang, has entered a stage of comprehensive land acquisition and resettlement. Some sections have been under the construction. It is expected to be completed in 2015.
　　Changzhou-Liyang Expressway is 2.55 km at the west of Jiaze section, Nanjing-Changzhou Expressway, 1.53 km at the east of Xinchang section, Zhenjiang-Liyang Expressway. The expressway is 38.422 km long (Wujin section: 0.529 km, Jintan section: 16.554 km, Liyang section: 21.868 km), and running along the No. 239 Provincial Highway and Changdang lake.
