After one year and three months of negotiations, Cooper formally started the acquisition of Changzhou Yuhua Electric Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. from October 2010. In the future, Cooper Yuhua will be engaged in development and production of explosion-proof monitoring products for the industry.
