The first Russian enterprise in Changzhou, Monocrystal Photovoltaic Technology (Changzhou) Co., ltd., held the groundbreaking ceremony in Changzhou Trina Photovoltaic Park on December 15.
　　Monocrystal is the professional manufacturer of high-tech electronic materials, mainly engaged in development and production of crystalline silicon solar cell electrode paste and LED sapphire crystal rod and chip. It owns over 25-year R&D experiences of LED sapphire, and metal composite paste and powder. The total investment of new project invested by Monocrystal in Changzhou reaches USD 20 million, and the factory building area reaches 20, 000 square meters. After the operation in June 2012, the annual production capacity will reach 2,400 tons of photovoltaic electrode paste.
