On the afternoon of October 27th, Fan Yanqing, Secretary of Changzhou Municipal Committee of the CPC, received a citizen’s delegation from Takatsuki, Osaka Prefecture, Japan.
　　Okumoto Tsutomu, head of this mission, is an old friend of Changzhou. Tsutomu had served as the Mayor of Takatsuki for three successive sessions from 1998 to this April. During his tenure, he paid many times of friendly visit to Changzhou. In May 2002, Tsutomu was awarded the title of “Changzhou Honorary Citizen.”
　　The mission of this delegation was to further learn about Changzhou’s overall investment environment and economic development, which not only promoted the two city’s exchange and cooperation, but also enhanced the friendly relationship between both sides.
