On August 2, Liyang municipal committee and government, and Jiangsu Guoxin Group held the signing ceremony of Tianmu Lake Software Base in Tianmu Lake. The base is located in Tianmu Industrial Park, 5 km away from Tianmu Lake scenic spot. The project covers a total area of 198 mu and involves a total investment of RMB 1.5 billion.

As the state-owned assets management entity authorized by provincial government, Guoxin Group's business covers energy, finance, real estate, trade, social undertakings and other fields. In recent years, the group focuses on the construction of high-tech platform. Its subsidiary Jiangsu Software Industry Co., Ltd. has built Jiangsu Software Park into “National Software Industry Base” and “State Torch Plan Software Industry Base”.
