According to Mr. Xia Yongjun, deputy commander of Changzhou Rail Transit Construction Headquarter, the engineering feasibility study on Metro Line 1 has passed a pre-assessment of Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission. The preparatory work of Metro Line 1 is carried out simultaneously. The pre-construction survey work will be carried out on site later this month. The overall design and pre-assessment of Metro Line 1 is scheduled to be completed in June.
