Recently, it was learned from the Publicity Department of Jintan District Committee of CPC that the products of Jintan Jinsai Salt Factory have passed the annual examination of kosher certification for five consecutive years.

The OU (Orthodox Union) Kosher is the world’s largest and most widely recognized kosher certification agency, certifying close to 1,000,000 products produced in over 8,000 plants located in 80 countries around the world. Its 600 Rabbinic Field Representatives, located across North America and throughout the world – from Europe to Australia, from the China to South Africa—are proficient in modern food production techniques and chemical and biological processes, no less than the intricacies of Jewish law.

This time, the OU inspectors examined Jinsai Factory’s packaging workshop, salt production processes, and so on, giving high evaluation. Currently, Jinsai Factory has an annual capacity of 100,000 tons of kosher salt products, exporting to Australia and New Zealand by water transport.
