Recently, KOWA (China) Co., Ltd. has completed its first-phase project with a total investment of 90 million U.S. dollars, which is also the first wholly foreign-funded pharmaceutical enterprise in Changzhou Life and Health Industry Park.

KOWA (China) Co., Ltd. is the first overseas pharmaceutical production base of KOWA Company Ltd., mainly engaged in the production and R&D of cholesterol-lowering oral drugs, external anti-inflammatory painkillers, anti-inflammatory drugs and antidiabetic drugs. It also carries out import sub-packaging businesses of medical equipment, cosmetics, mouthwash, protective gear, masks, etc.

After putting into production, the output value will exceed 1.2 billion yuan.
