On August 3rd, it was learned from Changzhou Housing Provident Fund Management Center that from January to July, the city’s housing provident fund loan applications (including ‘commercial revolution’ discount loans) added up to 6.497 billion yuan, increased by 32% over the same period last year.

The rise of housing provident fund loan applications is mainly influenced by the real estate market.

At present, although there are more people applying for housing provident fund loans, yet the disbursement schedule remains the same without any delay. Loans of resale housing will be disbursed within 10 workdays after mortgage registration. Loans of forward delivery housing will be issued within one month after the main construction structure is completed or at the latest before delivery.
