The 2017 China (Changzhou) International Rail Industry Technology Exchange Seminar, under the guidance of the Center for Science and Technology Personnel Exchange and Development Service, Ministry of Science and Technology of the PRC (MOST), is co-sponsored by Changzhou Science and Technology Bureau, Administration Committee of Jiangsu Changzhou Economic Zone and Jiangsu Innovation Strategic Alliance of Tram Traffic Industry Technology. The co-organizers include Changzhou Vehicle and Tram Industry Association, Science and Technology Bureau of Changzhou Economic Zone Jiangsu, Changzhou Productivity Promotion Center, Jiangsu Qishuyan Rail Transport Industrial Park, Southeast Jiaotong University Changzhou Institute of Rail Transport, and Changzhou Foreign Science and Technology Exchange Center.
