On July 28th, the 2015 annual assessment results of Changzhou’s county-level-city and district government work were announced. Liyang, Wujin, Xinbei and Tianning were rated as "excellent," while Jiantan and Zhonglou were rated as "pass."

It is learned that the rate of qualified products in Changzhou’s manufacturing industry reached 93.4%g in 2015 annual national inspection and 97.25% in the provincial inspection. The rate of qualified major agricultural products achieved 99.2%. The rate of qualified food products reached 99.28% in the provincial inspection. The accident rate per 10,000 sets of special equipment was 0.28, lower than the national average.

Jiangsu Shangshang Cable Group, after claiming the Jiangsu Provincial Quality Award, was nominated for the 2015 China Quality Award. Black Peony (Group) Co., Ltd. was awarded the 2015 Jiangsu Provincial Award of Excellence in Quality Control.
