In recent days, Xuebu, Zhulin and some other towns in Jintan have started the laying of natural gas pipeline. All projects are expected to be completed in September with a total investment of 150 million yuan.

Jintan is one of the gas storage bases of West-East Gas Transmission Project and Sichuan-East China Natural Gas Transmission Project. In order to provide high-quality and low-cost natural gas for urban and rural residents, the Towngas Group has initiated pipeline laying throughout the towns in Jintan after completing the project in rural area.

To ensure smooth implementation of the projects, the road authority of Jintan has started the laying of the gas pipeline in advance, and has sent technical personnel to carry out on-site investigation and direction.
