On December 17, an entrepreneurial project initiated by Professor Fred Glover, academician of the U.S. National Academy of Engineering, was launched in the Hengsheng Science Park of Tianning District. It is learned that this is Changzhou's first entrepreneurial project established by foreign academician.

Professor Fred Glover was elected academician of the U.S. National Academy of Engineering in 2002. He is now the chief technology officer of a U.S. Technology company. This time, Professor Fred Glover sets up this studio to found a inventory optimization technology company in Changzhou, dedicated to the development of parts inventory optimization and sharing network for large data and the Internet of Things .
