On the morning of November 3, mayor Ding Chun met with Prof. Li Zexiang, professor of School of System Design and Intelligent Manufacturing at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, chairman of Googol Technology (Shenzhen) Limited and chairman of the Xbot Park.

Last year, Prof. Li launched the Xbot Park (ChangZhou) project, which was jointly invested by Googol Technology (Shenzhen) Limited, Wujin High-tech Industrial Zone and the Xbot Park, with a total investment of 500 million yuan. It is dedicated to build an integrated international innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem of innovative talent training, project incubation, industrial acceleration and capital participation in Changzhou.

Ding Chun hopes that the project will be combined with the Changzhou Innovation Park in the construction to promote the high-quality development of Changzhou.

At present, the first phase of the project is under construction. It is expected that the incubation, training and talent cultivation platforms as well as the high-end spindle project will be put into operation next year.

Deputy mayor Li Lin was present at the meeting.
