On November 26, Changzhou Municipal Foreign Affairs Office received good news from Tilburg, Netherlands, a sister city of Changzhou, that Tilburg City Council has received the honorary certificate awarded by the Organizing Committee of the 8th China Flower Expo and the China Flower Association in recognition of the Netherlands Garden designed by Tilburg as the winner of the “Best Design Award of the Outdoor Exhibition Area of the 8th China Flower Expo".  

This year’s Flower Expo established an international exhibition area displaying 19 feature gardens representing 21 countries all over the five continents, such as Netherlands, Belgium, United States, Brazil, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, Korea, Madagascar, South Africa, etc.
