At the 11th Meeting of the 15th Session of the Standing Committee of Changzhou Municipal People’s Congress, Changzhou Municipal Foreign Affairs Office’s proposal of awarding 12 foreigners the title of Honorary Citizen of Changzhou was examined and approved. They are: Ferd Crone, Hans Becker, Franz Ganglbauer, Urakami Hiroshi, Stjepan Kucifer, Carsten Liske, Volker Sayer, Andrey Kravchenko, Bernhard Iseli, Liu Qing, Mada Muneaki, and Linda Williams.
