The robotics industry of Changzhou, initiated at high level, has already made some achievements at the early stage. It involves the robot project invested by Yaskawa Electric Corporation, a world-renowned and top-ranked manufacturer of industrial robots in Japan; and Changzhou Mingseal Robot Technology Co., Ltd., a key technology transfer center based on the State Key Laboratory of Robotic Systems & Technologies (HIT Robotics Institute).

Estimated in 2015, the industrial output value of intelligent CNC and robotics industry chain of Changzhou will probably reach 18.5 billion yuan, with an average annual growth of around 20%.
