Recently, Yihe Capital signed up with Wujin District for locating its Internet+ value-added services project in Hutang Town. The total investment exceeds 500 million yuan, of which the first-phase investment is mainly for the development of Jiangsu Mingyue Software Co., Ltd., planning to go public in 2018.

Yihe Capital is a venture capital firm specializing in the integrated circuit industry chain as well as the investment in applications, software and Internet. Jiangsu Mingyue Software Co., Ltd. was founded by Mr. Zhong Mingbo, a pioneer of providing outsourcing services to Japan. The company will be based on the information technology outsourcing services to develop international customers by means of integrating industry resources.

The Internet+ value-added services project will benefit the economic and social progress, said Mr. Pan Jianyue, the founder of Yihe Capital. This project contains a training program to produce a large number of software talents, which will promote the upgrade from “Made in Wujin” to “Industry 4.0."
