On April 7, Jiao Yong, vice minister of Ministry of Water Resources, who was accompanied by Lu Zhenlin, the director of Jiangsu Water Resources Department and Zou Hongguo, deputy secretary of Changzhou Municipal Committee of CPC, investigated Changzhou’s water conservancy construction.
　　Jiao Yong fully affirmed the achievements of Changzhou’s water conservancy construction, and he hoped that Changzhou’s conservancy departments at all levels to further protect water resources and develop water conservancy construction for the better contribution to economic and social development.
