Before the end of the year, Changzhou’s business sector will fully open the online registration service platform for new foreign-invested enterprises, which is one of the important initiatives recently introduced by the Municipal Trade and Industry Bureau.

    The access prescriptions for the main players in the market have been optimized, such as relaxing the conditions on the scope of business, the location of premise and the approval of company name; managing to verify the business scope of an enterprise according to its application if the project is not identified in the Standard National Industrial Classification; allowing the registration of an address for the premise or office of one or more companies in any industrial park, as long as the location gains public recognition; authorizing any famous non-local company investing in Changzhou to use the abbreviation of its original administrative division and code together with the corporate name; and so on.
