On April 26, it was learned from the Municipal Transport Bureau that five routes in Changzhou were selected as candidates for China’s Top 10 Scenic Country Roads in 2019.

Among the five routes, the Green Wonderland of Ledao Drive in Jintan district and the Shenguan and Wawushan Routes of the No.1 Scenic Drive in Liyang are recognized as the “most poetic roads”; while the X151 Luzhuang Reservoir Section of Liyang’s No.1 Scenic Drive and the Jintan-Maoshan Route of Ledao Drive are rated as the “best maintained roads”.

Since 2019, Changzhou

Starting from last year, Changzhou has actively carried out the scenic country road program based on the “four-good”drives built in the city’s provincial model counties. Among them, the Green Wonderland of Ledao Drive was voted No.1 of the “most poetic roads” in China and the Wawushan Route of the No.1 Scenic Drive was selected for China’s Beautiful Country Roads in 2019.
