It was learned on May 22 that after Changzhou made the rail transit network plan in 2005, the revision of the plan was initiated in 2012, which includes a long-term plan to 2030.
In 2030, the rail transit network of Changzhou will cover both the central urban area and the suburb areas. The central rail transit contains six lines with total length of 208 km, including 182 km underground and about 26 km of elevated light rail transit.
