At the end of 2019, the Changzhou International Airport was reported to have officially entered the "4-million passenger club," marking another important breakthrough since its annual passenger throughput reached the 3-million level in November 2018.
Among the 238 civil airports in China, the Changzhou Airport ranks in the top 50 in terms of annual passenger traffic and cargo and air mail throughput.
In recent years, Changzhou Airport has seen explosive growth with airlines offering a host of routes to 30 domestic and overseas cities. Currently, the airport has deployed a convenient and effective network, offering frequent flights to key domestic cities, popular tourist destinations and Southeast Asian countries.
