On December 31, the opening ceremony of 12345 government public service platform was held in Changzhou.
12345 government public service platform was established on the basis of original 12345 mayor hotline center, which deals with consultation, help, complaint, advice and suggestion, and other non-urgent matters. Currently, the platform is to be further adjusted and improved.
