On January 2nd, the new plant of Guomao Reducer Group in Wujin Hi-tech Zone, with a total investment of over RMB 2 billion yuan, has been completed and put into production, becoming Changzhou's first completed key industrial project in 2013. A day earlier, Guomao Group just signed a 1 billion order. The new factory covers an area of more than 700 mu (about 46.67 hectares), which is three times that of the old plant. The goal is to build the country's largest modern "reducer and motor R&D manufacturing base.
